Shipped an AI assistant that reads installation logs, finds the fault and explains the fix in plain language, so sales staff solve problems on the spot instead of escalating them.
BUSINESS
I lead a module from requirements and wireframes to production, and bring AI into the workflow itself: code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and daily development.
